  • Payment & Financial Info: Payment method details (e.g. card or bank info), though we don’t store full card numbers. We may also securely access account type and balance data via your financial institution for regulatory reasons.
  • Location Information: Device-based geolocation to confirm eligibility to use certain Services (like Lotto Points purchases within AU).
  • Feedback & Support Data: When you contact us, leave feedback, upload content, or answer surveys, we collect that info too.
  • Audio Recordings: We may retain recordings of customer support calls for quality assurance and legal compliance.

Information Collected Automatically

We, along with our partners, use technologies like cookies, pixels and scripts to understand how you use our Services and to improve your experience. This includes:

SpinAndWinForFun does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers. However, you can control some tracking preferences through your browser settings or opt-out tools (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below).

Information from Trusted Third Parties

  • Financial services providers we work with (e.g. for top-ups or withdrawals).

When required, we may securely partner with services such as Plaid or Dwolla (or their Australia equivalents) to access bank-level data for identity verification and transaction processing.
